FACTORS AFFECTING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH TELECOMMUNATIONS SERVICES

چکیده

The most significant changes in the international economy for recent decades have been related to growing role of sector services. As proportion services increases, customer satisfaction has become more important, so that customers return, do not go competitors and a loyal customer. To understand their behaviour, it is necessary know things affect – needs, reasonable prices, pleasant service or anything else can improve company’s image. During global pandemic, people stay at home, demand telecommunication rapidly grown. Its quality are lot needed. In this study case, these aspects considered through Tele2’s tariff plan “Bezlimits” (“Unlimited”) opinion its users. A questionnaire made collect data, analyse, interpret make conclusions be binding all companies telecommunications industry.
